Family and Tradition.
Two words that might appear small on the page, but carry heavy meaning. Domino's Pastries was built with both these words in mind, and has grown to embody their meaning to many
Back in 1938, Vincenzo Claps left his hometown of Potenza, Italy and traveled to the United States. After arriving in Ellis Island, NY, Vincenzo traveled to Chicago to be united with his father and brother with a vision of building a new life and business. The business, Domino's Pastries, is still owned and operated by the same family that started it. There working everyday, are Vincenzo, his wife Theresa, and their son Vito. Each person in his family has spent time working there, in the store, decorating room, delivery service and bakery room. No matter where you are inside, the family atmosphere is strong, alive, and a large part of the business.
Domino's has come to be a tradition in many families. Domino's has been through countless birthdays, weddings, and anniversaries. Children who have had their first birthday cake often return for wedding cakes and pastries. Couples who have Domino's for their wedding return for their 50th Anniversary. We are a part of many lives, and have done so for almost 60 years.
Bringing you delicious cakes, pastries and cookies is what we do for you. Making that a continual part of your family traditions is what you do for us. We thank you for making us a part of you family and we hope to continue to do so for years.
Domino's Pastries - deliciously yours...
